Our concept design packages are available for clients who are designing one space at a time, and would like a professional sounding board, and some inspiration. Whether you are refreshing an existing room, or starting from scratch with a full renovation, we can help you pull together your vision, edit your ideas, and answer your technical questions.

    • How does a consultation work?

      Our consultations take place either on Zoom video calls or in person at your home.

      For video consultations, prior to the scheduled consultation, you will receive a link via email to join the video call. From there, you’ll be able to show your space, ask questions and get feedback/advice.

      Our consultations begin with a review of any photographs or plans provided for the space in question. This will help us assess how we can best advise you. This is followed by an hour long consultation either by video call or in person at your home.

      After the video consultation or home visit, we go away and spend some time pulling together the ideas we have discussed. We create a moodboard, a sketch layout and a sample board of fabrics and finishes (See an example below), as well as a handy list of suitable suppliers. We then have a follow up 30 minute zoom call to present our ideas to you, and answer any questions you may have.

      Consultations are meant to be collaborative and tailored to your needs and taste, we will ask you questions aimed to draw out your personal style, so we are able to go away and pull together a scheme you love.

    • How do I prepare for my consultation?

      We will send you a questionnaire to fill out prior to the hour you spend with us. We also suggest you put together a simple presentation and/or Pinterest board that includes photos of the space you need help with any questions you’d like answered. We ask that you send this 3 days prior to your consultation so we have time to get to grips with your space and style and can offer practical advice from the get go. Some people also include floor plans, sketches and any furniture they have already that needs to be considered in the schemes. This can be sent by email or WhatsApp.

    • How do I show you my space?

      It is easier and more efficient to send us photos and/or videos of your space ahead of time. However, you can also walk us through your space whilst on the video call.

      A floorplan, if available, is very useful. If you don’t have one to hand, a simple sketch is fine!

    • What will I receive after my consultation?

      You will receive a summary of what we have discussed in a document with ideas and further suggestions all in one place for you to refer back to. This document includes a moodboard, a sketch layout and samples of fabrics and finishes suggested. We also give you a handy list of suggested suppliers.

      We present this document to you via a 30 minute zoom call, and we will answer any questions you might have.

      In person review is available on request.

    • Can I talk about multiple spaces during my consultation?

      We find consultations are most effective when you discuss one room at a time, so if you want to discuss multiple spaces, we suggest booking separate sessions.

    • Which areas of interior design can you advise on during consultations?

    • Is travel included in price for in person consultancy?

      No, any travel is charged separately at cost. Mileage is charged at 45 pence per mile.
